We understand the responsibility that is entrusted to us by our customers. Diversified services an area of over 80,000 square miles with same day or next day response. This area includes Michigan, northern Ohio and northern Indiana, but we have also traveled outside this area for immediate response to a customers needs.

Seven days a week, 24 hours a day, we can be reached by simply calling our office. You will not reach an answering service, but one of our on call supervisors. We simply forward our office telephone to our on call supervisor's cell phone, which in turn is transferred to three other supervisors if the previous person could not answer. You have immediate access to the person who has the responsibility to begin your repair. We follow this approach, Because Our Customers are Our Business, Your Maintenance Problems are Our Problems. If it is important enough for you to call after hours, it is important enough for us to immediately answer your call. There is northing more frustrating when calling with an emergency, than reaching an answering machine or service, and waiting for a call back. We have used this system for the last twelve years.

During the course of normal day to day operations, we use technology to meet our customer's needs. Accepting work orders via email or the typical fax, processing bills through automated billing and deposits, and accepting corporate credit cards. All in an effort to work with you to cut your maintenance costs. We dispatch via cell phones, making a 30 minute response time a possibility depending on the location of the technician. Our response time equates itself to a cost savings. If the equipment you need to run your business is not working, you are losing revenue.

An added cost savings is achieved by our company's ability to perform a variety of repairs at your facility. This ‘Diversification' has come through customers requests for us to expand our area of expertise. Through a willingness to help customers meet their expectations, we have invested in training our technicians in areas, which at one time may have been outside our scope of repairs. Investing in ourselves through factory training courses to better serve our customers has proven to be a benefit for Diversified as well as our customers.
